You can cancel the order through email or phone anytime before delivery.
We have two processes of order verification

You can pick up the order at any partner pharmacy
Pick Up
You can pick up the order directly from one of our warehouses.
Direct Delivery
For Bulk Orders and orders over $200, we can deliver straight to your door. Delivery will take between 24 – 72 hours at the point the initial orders are placed.
Deliveries take place between 8-3 pm. We will call you and tell you when we will be in your area. We can deliver to workplaces and in discrete bags.
On rare occasions where there may be issues with the product, we will perform direct exchanges and ensure that at every point of interaction, you have 100% satisfaction.
