Tamsulosin — RELAX
Tamsulosin is an alpha-1 blocker. It relaxes smooth muscle around the prostate and bladder neck, reducing resistance to urine flow and helping relieve bothersome urinary symptoms.

Dutasteride — REDUCE
Dutasteride inhibits the conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone involved in prostate growth. Lowering DHT can gradually reduce prostate volume and help reduce the risk of BPH progression.
